Their collective development experiences and prior successes sets the foundation for greatly improved traffic flow, innovative retailing, modern new offices, lush green spaces, miles of bike paths & a new multi-modal transportation hub - creating permanent jobs and an enhanced quality of life for all.

ROAD IMPROVEMENTS
But critical progress will begin prior to Phase II construction in the form of significant regional road improvements that include new on & off ramps accessing I-95, surface road improvements that moves traffic out of the neighborhoods, improving safety & eliminating congestion. Plans also include a new multi-lane Rt. 117 bridge to virtually eliminate local traffic pinch points.
